1. Delivery Overview

2. Delivery Timelines

We deliver 7 days a week, excluding official public holidays.

Same Day Delivery (Within 2 Hours): We offer fast delivery within 2 hours in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on location accessibility and order confirmation time.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE delivery on all orders above 200 AED. For orders below 200 AED, a standard delivery charge of 30 AED will apply. Customers who require faster service can choose our Express Delivery option at a flat rate of 50 AED.

4. The Delivery Process

Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS immediately after placing your order.

Dispatch: Once your order is confirmed and assigned for delivery, you will receive a notification.

Courier Contact: Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call prior to arrival to confirm your live location and availability.

5. Important Requirements

Age Verification (21+): As per UAE regulations, we cannot deliver nicotine products to minors. You must present a valid Emirates ID or Passport to the courier upon delivery. If valid identification is not provided, the package will not be handed over.

Address Accuracy: To prevent fraud and ensure security, we only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once the order is out for delivery.

Hand-to-Hand Delivery Policy: While no signature is required, we strictly follow a hand-to-hand delivery process. Packages will not be left unattended at reception desks, security gates, or doorsteps.

1. Our Commitment

At HEETSUAE.AE, we guarantee that all products sold on our website are 100% authentic, original, and factory-sealed. Due to the nature of our products, including tobacco consumables and personal electronic devices, we strictly follow hygiene and safety standards in compliance with UAE consumer protection regulations.

2. Return Window

All issues, damages, or order discrepancies must be reported within 6 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3. Policy by Product Category

A. Tobacco Consumables (TEREA, HEETS, etc.)

Non-Returnable: In accordance with health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on tobacco sticks once the outer packaging or seal has been opened or tampered with.

Wrong Flavor Received: If you receive a different flavor than what you ordered, please do not open the box. Contact our support team immediately, and we will arrange a free exchange.

B. Electronic Devices (IQOS ILUMA, LAMBDA, etc.)

Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your device does not power on or function upon first use, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost.

Manufacturing Defects: Electronic devices are covered under a 2-Day Replacement Warranty for internal technical faults.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, cosmetic scratches, misuse, or issues caused by non-compatible accessories.

4. Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the item must be unopened, factory-sealed, and in re-sellable condition.

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee AED 30, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team:

Approved Returns: You will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

Credit Card Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or provided as store credit for your next purchase. Cash refunds via courier are not available.

6. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund with no charges.

After Dispatch / Refused Delivery: If the courier has already picked up your order, or if delivery is refused without a valid reason, the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
